Terms
Personal data is all information that relates to a specific or identifiable natural person. A data subject is a person about whom we process personal data.
Processing includes any handling of personal data, regardless of the means and procedures used, for example querying, comparing, adapting, archiving, storing, reading, disclosing, obtaining, recording, collecting, deleting, disclosing, sorting, organizing, storing, changing, disseminating , linking, destroying and using personal data.
Legal basis
We process personal data in accordance with Swiss data protection law, in particular the Federal Data Protection Act (Data Protection Act, DSA) and the Data Protection Ordinance (Data Protection Ordinance, DSO). We do not assume that the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) applies to our data processing.
Use of our website
The web server of the st-consulting LLC website collects and stores information that your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:

- operating system used
- referrer URL
- host name of the accessing computer
- time of server request
- your IP address
This data cannot be assigned to specific persons. This data will not be merged with other data sources. We use this information exclusively to detect attacks on our website at an early stage or to be able to clarify attacks that have already occurred. The data will be deleted after 18 months.
Contents of this website and contact form
This website is for informational purposes only. Content on this site or linked content should not be viewed as part of business advice or training. Interactions with this website do not constitute a contractual relationship with st-consulting LLC. Although communication via email is quick and convenient, under certain circumstances third parties may have access to email traffic. This applies in particular to our email provider. By communicating via email, you accept this risk. E-mail transmissions cannot be considered received until we retrieve the messages from our Internet mailbox. By using our website and email system, you are aware of these risks and agree to this type of electronic communication.
By using the contact form, the information and data you provide in the contact form will be stored in our system in order to process your request and in case of follow-up questions. Inquiries via the contact form will only be processed after a legitimate interest in our services has been verified.
Due to the public access to our WEB site, no age-restricted content is published. However, our website is not intended for children. If we are notified or otherwise learn that personal information from a child under 16 has been collected on the contact form, we will take all reasonable steps to delete that personal information.
The data you enter in the contact form will remain with us until you request us to delete it, revoke your consent to storage or the purpose for data storage no longer applies (e.g. after your request has been processed). Mandatory legal provisions – in particular retention periods – remain unaffected.
Purpose of data processing
We use the data you enter in the contact form exclusively to contact you, to answer your inquiry or to send you requested publications.
Place of data processing and other processing service providers
The website is hosted on servers in Switzerland by our service provider metanet AG, based in Switzerland. This website uses Google Web Fonts, which are provided by Google, for the uniform display of fonts. When you access a page, your browser loads the required web fonts into your browser cache in order to display texts and fonts correctly. These fonts are only provided locally by our servers, so a connection to a Google server is usually not necessary. Accordingly, no IP addresses or other personal data are transmitted.
Cookies and analysis tools
We only use technical cookies to ensure the functionality of the website. No tracking cookies or analysis tools are used.
Your rights
In accordance with applicable law, you can in particular request information about the processing of your personal data, have incorrect personal data corrected, request the deletion of personal data, object to data processing, request the release of certain personal data in a common electronic format or its transfer to other responsible persons.
